"Very clean, bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size. Also appreciated the friendly staff, great view and free use of the washer and dryer. Only real complaint was that every morning about sixish some really loud local announcement would sound from the building across the street. Not really the hotels fault but it woke us up every morning. One thing to be aware of is there isn't much sound proofing so if you get unlucky and have noisy neighbors it could be a problem."

While I can appreciate that their rent is based on the number of occupants I found their policy regarding not allowing any visitors to visit the property (Even temporarily ) inhospitable and contrary to my experience with Japanese culture."

"It was very cozy. The beds were soft and comfortable. I enjoyed the beach theme. Host provided detailed instructions. I stayed in an upper unit which is only accessible by stairs but that wasn't a problem since I packed light. The only minor thing I would have liked better is if there was a mirror in the shower room so that I could shave. But all in all, my stay was very enjoyable."
