"Hotel was great and the location had access to so much shopping/food options. We arrived roughly around 11am and dropped off our luggage. Check in was not until 3pm but the staff was able to get us into our room at noon as we had a wedding reception to get to at 1pm. It saved the day. Thank you."

"We were made very welcome on arrival and because it was our wedding anniversary, we were given a voucher for complimentary drinks at the bar. The hotel is central meaning we could walk from the hotel in a matter of minutes. It was everything we wanted for the purpose of our visit to Birmingham."
