"The hotel and staff were awesome. The only negative thing (complaint) I have is that for myself and my elderly mother-in-law, the walk from the train station to the pickup point at terminal 1 was rather strenuous with the luggage we had. The hike from the drop-off at the hotel parking garage to the hotel itself was again strenuous for us. But this was not the fault of the hotel and/or shuttle. They were all extremely accommodating. Will definitely use again, but with lighter luggage 😁."

"Nice modern hotel with comfortable beds. Seems to be that nobody told me that room cleaning was by request only- I didn’t see any pre-notification about this nor was I warned at check-in - poor show when you come home from a day out and your wet towels are still on the bathroom floor from morning and the beds are not made. I also notice that hotels.com list airport shuttle as one of the amenities available - but that is just not true, although terminal 2 at the airport is a 10 minute walk away. Breakfast had most things you would need to start your day, the waffles in particular are really tasty."

"The Steigenberger Frankfurt Airport has been my go-to stay arriving and departing Germany for years. I’ve had exceptional rooms in the executive tower section, and very nice “business” rooms. To me the breakfast is a highlight. The restaurant options have become more limited especially on weekends. The ability to go for a walk in the adjacent woods is one of the best things about the hotel! Great to get over jet lag. The other great thing at least until this year is the super convenient shuttle bus to terminal 2. With the move of airlines to the new T3, I sincerely hope, no I beg!, that the Steigenberger hotel keeps a Shuttlebus to T3. Because the brand new airport train is horrible!! So staying at the Steigenberger hotel with only a connection to Terminal one will definitely affect the convenience of the hotel for travel. Which would be a shame for such a wonderful hotel with great staff!"

"We have stayed at this hotel several times. Always a good experience. Breakfast is very good. The Bed was fantastic; so comfortable. Our room was very quiet and it was very easy to adjust the thermostat. The check-in process is always easy and fast. "
