“We booked 6 months in advance and called to request a balcony room as I learned via reviews even though pictured with a balcony they do not all have them. It was put in their notes and I was told to call again two weeks before checking in to be sure it was all set. I did and was told we had a balcony room, then when we checked in that was not the case and was told no one should have ever told us we were guaranteed a balcony. All in all the room was nice, but you can hear people above you walking...
