“The Inn was really charming. The breakfast was very good, and the hostess was very sweet. Our room was clean, although a little warm the first night. There was no air conditioner in our room, but we had a fan. Our room was at the end of the hall and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay.”

“The decor of the Black Swan Inn, in our room and throughout was absolutely gorgeous. Everything whose beauty is enhanced by sparkle or shine did just that. Breakfast was delicious, prepared and served up by solicitous staff. The owner greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcomed. It was a great stay in a historic Inn. Anyone heading to Tilton and Lakes region should book there.”

“Such a quaint and cute bed and breakfast. Room was very clean and tidy. Nice location with a river running right behind the inn, running river sound was so soothing. The hosts Mary & John were very kind and friendly. Lots to do in surrounding area. Would recommend and would definitely come again.”
