“Overall a good experience with a couple of small issues. The lock on the bathroom door was broken, the handle on the mini fridge falls right off when you try to use it, and a staff member somewhat rudely told my son to not block the sidewalk while we were clearly loading things into the back of my SUV and no one else was around.
