"The rooms are so micro - which is normally fine but as a business traveler - you need a solid space to hang your clothes. My twin room had no place to do so unless it was on the towel bar next to the toilet. Not ideal. It's clean and hip but there are some fundamentals that need to be considered for business travelers."

Also, the email check in system is dysfunctional. I didn't get a request to fill it in until 1330 on the day I was to check in. It used to come 24 hours in advance, and I was in mid-travel when it arrived. And although I filled it out, it had clearly not uploaded to the system, and I never received the email with entry codes. If I had arrived late, I would have been unable to get in."
