The staff was kind but I didn't like that you are charged a fee for them to keep your bag when you check out if you have a late flight. The entry between the room and bathroom was wet. The staff offered to check it out but it was late. The hotel was under construction but it just feels a dated for the price.

Room was not clean. Water in bathroom sink and tub would not drain properly. The hotel was notified of this issue and the issue was not resolved during our stay. No other accomadations was offered. I was highly disappointed for the amount that we paid. I will never return to this property due to the inconvenience.

We visited the hotel with our toddler from west coast. Most of the staff that we met was arrogant and not very helpful. They have a dining credit which is mandatory. $35 a day credit for $41 ($6 is the tax) but the $35 dining bill will be taxed already so they are just charging taxes over taxes. The property was okay, not luxury based on the price tag. Best part was that subway was within a few minutes of walk. And proximity to tourist spots was very good. Location : 5/5 Staff : 2/5

We arrived to the hotel around 11:00am and noticed the main entrance at time square (not really time square) was blocked off which was not mentioned on Expedia when I booked the place , had to walk around the block to access the back which had absolutely no seating or lobby because the lobby was “under construction”. Then the receptionist mentioned that our room wouldn’t be ready until 4:00pm but we can pay 100 USD for early access but no guarantee they can do that so you are hanging in the air waiting and hoping you can get early access. None of this was mentioned when we booked the hotel. We then asked how about e could get to the gym since we wanted to get that out of the way while waiting hoping to get early access and we’re told that we couldn’t access until we get our room. They have a cafeteria (15$ for a parfait lol) and no seating. Seating was only for the buffet which was 49.99USD/person. So no seating, no room, no lobby, rear entry. Then we got to our room, room was fairly clean but we booked high floor, king size corner room, with time square view. Time square was no where in sight. I guess the street is called time square. As soon as we walked out, after we agreed to pay 100 extra for early access we got a call that our room was ready, the coincidence, that after we agreed to pay an additIonal 100 the room Immediately became available. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
