Standouts included both the delicious breakfast offerings and the helpful, courteous front desk attendant who addressed a temporary issue I had with my room on the morning of checkout. I have no hesitation in reserving a room here for a future Charlotte stay."

"Room was nice. Lots of room. My husband used the gym and said it was ok. The tread mill wasn't working that good. Loved the oceanfront balcony."

"Room had mounds of dust, sink stopped up. television unable to shut off and the restaurants were horrible. Cocktails were bad. and the soda fountain may have not been clean the sidas weee horrible, and the rooms were so cold. We will never go back"

"The first room was dirty, the tub was not clean, the water in sink did not go down, abd there was stains on the pillow, we were moved to another room, which wasn't any better but we made the best of it my using lysol, lysol wipes to clean the bathroom and the room itself. I will NOT be staying at this property in the near future. "
