โLove the location. Our cabin was large enough for four adults. The cabin had most supplies we needed for BBQing and cooking. Clean, quiet, and the staff was friendly.
We stayed in cabin 8. Two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. โ
โThe Old West Inn is very clean and looks like it was just remodeled. The staff was very friendly. The place is very quiet and is close to lots of places to eat.โ
โThe only reason I gave cleanliness a 3 is because house keeping doesnโt clean the room during your stay. I prefer places that offer daily housekeeping service. The front office staff was very friendly and even offered a few dining recommendations during our stay with them. The mattresses in our room could use some updating due to a bit of sagging in the middle of the bed as Iโm sure they have a busy location. Other than that the stay was pleasant โ
โAmazing property IN the trees! Itโs probably the most picturesque campground Iโve been to. So wish we could have spent more time there. Will plan on being back there and really enjoying the place for more time. โ

The front desk staff was a little bland in terms of their personality and energy which seemed to reflect being on auto pilot. Not much enthusiasm but they were not rude in any way shape or form. Just wished the personality of the front desk staff matched the vibrancy and elegance of the hotel. โ
โThis was an excellent location for visiting the Redwood Parks. A National Park Visitor center was located just blocks away which let us talk to a ranger and firm up our plans for the following day. The complimentary breakfast was fine. Nothing fancy but adequate. โ
โThe best place to stay for miles around is if you are visiting the Redwood National Forest. The room was renovated recently and exceeded our expectations. Not to mention that a real chef prepared our dinner! The front desk worker who checked us out was super friendly and told me about local American Indian culture! โ
โWe loved our time here. We loved the historic vibes and the mid century modern aesthetic that was nice compliment to the craftsman building. We were welcomed with a drink at check-in and also had some complimentary beverages in the fridge in the room. Beds were comfy. showers were excellent with serious water pressure. Something to change? I would work on a better way to filter/clean out the provided pour over coffee (which was local and terrific). Drinks at the onsite bar were great. Would we...
