“friendly and helpful staff”

“There had been a room fire before we arrived and the windows were all boarded up on one side of the motel. Ice machine was broken. There was coffee thermoses in the for morning complimentary coffee but the lobby doors were always locked. There was no mini fridge, coffee maker, or microwave in our room. When we requested to exchange our dirty towels for clean ones we were met with reluctant disdain. Overall one of the worst stays ever. You cannot even see mountains from anywhere on property. The...

“I had a good stay at the Super 8 Motel. The room was clean, and the late check-in process was easy and convenient. The complimentary breakfast was average, but it was enough to get the day started.”

“I highly recommend staying here. The rooms are clean, pretty spacious and have a homey feel to them. And it definitely helps that the people that work here are amazing. They staff definitely care about the guests, the environment and making it a place you want to come back to. And they definitely work hard to make it a quiet and safe environment. They have restored hope for myself, that there are still cool and genuine people out there, these days that’s hard to find, especially in hospitality.”
