"Property managers keep harassing me about pet deposit when I told them of my service dogs. I explained to them that I was there due to domestic violence issues and that my service dogs and I were separated for a few days and they'd be there the next day. A few days later I was waiting for my Uber to go to work and they came up to me and demanded I goto office to pay a pet fee and deposit I said I was off all day yesterday and you didn't confront me , now today u do and demand money and call the cops I said I'm waiting for my ride to goto work they said they will open door and he then flicked his hand gesturing walking away. I said u can not let my dogs out of the room he shrugged his shoulders and walked away saying he'll call the cops. So on top of the dv issues I'm dealing with I'm being harassed and threatened I don't feel safe and I don't have somewhere else to go. Also dealing with mold on bathroom ceiling. Go figure"

Marriott at the University of Dayton

"Located right across from the University of Dayton, I recommend this property. It was my first time in Dayton and at a Marriott property. Amenities were great. Nice to have another breakfast area for us on the 6th floor! The cost is a bit more than I am used to but I was attending a graduation and wanted to be with others. My only issue (a small one) was that while the room was lovely and appeared clean, the carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed. I checked-in around midnight and went right to bed. In the morning, in the light of day, I noticed sock lint and other light colored debris on the carpet and near couch. I bit gross but I just wore slippers."

"The room was not very cared for the mirrors were dirty. Sheets had stains on them. The rooms by the ice machines are subjected to loud slamming all night long. The ceilings were falling down where there were buckets catching water. Breakfast was pretty good but other than that I do not believe we will book that again for our business trips. Pretty disappointed...."
