The condo itself was fine, although the listing said there was sofa bed, this was not true. There was a sofa but it did not convert into a bed which was very disappointing. “Apartment had an obvious leak and water damage, compounded by the rainstorm that came through on our trip. The dishwasher was in a sorry state and full of rust, silverware in the kitchen was also rusty. The beds and pillows and sheets were "fine" but of obvious low quality (I've had better at cheap hotels). Space wise it was perfect for 4-5 people needing a place to crash during a convention and it was conveniently located. The building, the "Block" has seen far better times, it's a ghost...
