“Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff. Easy check in”

“I love everything about this place! Whoever designed it really did everything to accommodate traveling. The space was used so well with places to hang and store things. Very pleasing and relaxing! Will definitely stay here next time in Durango ⛰️🥾♥️”

“Booked last minute due to a storm. Check in was perfectly smooth. Dude at the desk was friendly. Room was cozy and comfy. Its the mountains so you might see a critter like I did but that certainly doesn't take away from the room. My only issue is low water pressure in the shower. Painfully low. And although the bed was fine, I'd like to see an updated mattress. I'll definitely consider staying here again.”

“Clean , big rooms, courteous staff”

“This is a motel not a hotel. Lumpy worn out old mattress. Dated smelly rooms. Limited parking. Noisy. Stains. Small window air heat unit not enough to heat or cool room. Breakfast is almost pointless. Only positive, was a great helpful front desk clerk.”

“Poorly maintained and dirty. Staff lazy and didn't bother sweeping front lobby door full of leaves. Desk often empty and breakfast was poor. No fresh fruit. Room was also dirty and only provided 1 wash cloth 2 towels. Floor was gritty and sheets were like sandpaper. In older part of town not within walking distance of Durango attractions.”

“The most disgusting and dirty hotel I’ve ever seen. They don’t even try to pretend they made any attempt to clean. I had to buy towels and sheets because theirs were all dirty and yellow with stains. I had to buy cleaning supplies to disinfect. I left with bites on my arms from bugs in the bed. So disgusting!”

“The staff was very accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I will stay at the Caboose Motel again in the future.”

“It was adequate. Parking was convenient. It was quiet. Beds were fairly comfortable. We arrived early evening and left very early the following morning, so not much more information to offer.”

“Excelente localización, buen parquin, el personal excelente. El desayuno estuvo bien.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the General Palmer Hotel. Our room in the Palace Wing was great. It was the last room available so we were a bit apprehensive since it wasn't in the main hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised. We wouldn't recommend for those having a problem with steps, however. The hot brunch was also good.”

“The room is clean and tastefully decorated; I will definitely come back.”

“A little far out from town, no restaurant close by”
