"We have stayed at this property a couple of times before because the location is very convenient. On our previous stay, we were on Level 1, and the experience was really good. Unfortunately, this time we did not have the same experience. The room on the 3rd floor was not in the best condition. The underside of the toilet was very dirty, there was mold on the shower ceiling, one of the towels was stained, and the coffee machine somehow had water and coffee in it, with utensils left inside the water tank. I explained all of this to the front desk person at checkout, and he simply said, “You are all set for today.” We arrived late and, unfortunately, did not notice these issues until the morning."

"It was a place to sleep overnight before our flight. The bathtub didn’t have a plug, which was inconvenient for giving my granddaughter a bath after our last day at the beach. I had to plug it with a washcloth. The staff checking us in were very friendly & helpful with anything we needed."

"The air conditioning was out in two of the three rooms they moved us around to. The problem is the maintenance staff. They are not AC repair experts. Our family was visiting in our room. They are trained AC person. The hotel staff measured the temp coming from the vent which was on 10 degrees less than what was set. Our family said the norm is 20 degrees at vent. The maintenance seemed to think 10 was ok. When we complained again the front desk staff were kind and found us another room. The maintenance staff told the front desk that the new room was working, but it was not. We tried to be understanding so we waited a few hours to see if it would get better. It didn’t. When we complained again, the front desk say “we already upgraded your room” so I went down stairs to explain it’s not about upgrade but we need AC. She said pack up I will get you to another room. Then when I returned to the room maintenance was there “fixing” it. We waited and the maintenance told us the front desk has to move us as there was a problem. So we waited. No one came with keys so we called again. The front desk lady acted as if she had not told us to pack earlier. She blamed the maintenance saying they were supposed to find us a room not her. She then came up to the room herself without keys. I guess to confirm we were not lying about the AC. Then she leaves and comes back with new keys to third room. Hotel needs to invest in AC repairs as multiple floors are hot in halls and rooms."

"Upon arriving to the property it felt like I was a character in GTA. There was a lot of people that were consuming drugs on the property despite the no smoking signs. Additionally, I will add that I chose a nonsmoking room and it reeked of weed. My family and I did a deep cleanse of the room ourselves because it really did feel unsanitary. I will say the cleaning staff was kind. When we asked for new sheets because the ones we had when we arrived were dirty. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, marker and other writing on the wall. I also killed one roach. The fridge and microwave were clean at least. The pool was clean. There is no breakfast since five months ago according to the front desk receptionist despite their website saying otherwise. Overall after cleaning the room ourselves I didnt feel like it was higher than a 2 star frankly. I give a two star soley because it was affordable and if you’re just looking for somewhere to just sleep than it’s okay for that besides it’s also pet friendly which I appreciated a lot. Im not sure I’d stay here again but it was budget friendly compared to to other places, therefore , you pay for what you’re getting. I genuinely believe this place has a lot of potential if the rules were actually upheld. Parking was also good there was enough space and the ac was super cold just super dirty, we also cleaned that."

"Extremely disappointed with my stay. The room had roaches, which made it feel very unsanitary and uncomfortable. Reported it to front desk was moved to another in which the toilet was clogged and clearly had not been properly checked before guests arrived. I was also frustrated to find out there was no complimentary breakfast — instead, breakfast cost $26 per person, which was overpriced for what was offered. To make matters worse, parking was an additional $20 per night. With all the extra fees and poor room conditions, this stay was not worth the money at all. I would not recommend staying here."
