Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Airport"After staying in a Hilton Garden in Bangor, Maine the night before that was wonderful, I was disappointed in this location. Lobby welcoming in Bangor started the stay off on a high note. Staff was polite and efficient. We did not use amenities. Even though, I thought I specifically booked this hotel for a hot tub but was told there was no hot hub when I checked in."

Hilton Charlotte Airport"Very run down property! Doors getting into lobby didn’t work to start and no signs so people just stuck in rotating door! Under staffed at check in so took over 20 minutes and then our room…the inside door to room was torn up and looked like someone tried to bust through and broke in? A little concerning. Shower drain kept getting clogged up so showered with a few inches of water. It was one night…but would not ever stay there again. Cheaper NEWER hotels nearby. Not up to a “Hilton” standard ,...
