“Do not book here. We booked same day and were traveling to Chicago from the east coast by car. I’m sure it’s normal to ask for a security deposit while booking but they sent us a message while we were on the road after our booking had already been confirmed. We were driving across the country and not checking our messages — they sent a message saying they would cancel our booking if we didn’t send the $300 deposit within an hour. “Very small one bedroom apt. Practically no windows. Renovated & nicely decorated. No amenities like gym or pool. Too expensive from my perspective. A hotel could have offered a better deal with the same size.”

“Very good hotel to stay with family, because there are kitchenetts and the inroom washer&dryer. The neighborhood is very quiet, and there are lots of places to dine in or shopping flashly. The most favorable was the free breakfast in the Gem museum right across the building! ”
