"This is my 2nd visit and I really enjoy this hotel. The high ceilings, large rooms, the filtered cold water in the bathrooms are all great touches that makes the stay enjoyable. I also appreciate the espresso machine in the lobby. The room is simple yet still gives a sense of luxury."

"We had a good stay overall! The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location was definitely a highlight—it was within walking distance of many restaurants, attractions, and other places we wanted to visit, which made getting around very convenient. The room and some of the hotel areas do look a little outdated, but everything was comfortable enough for our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would definitely consider coming back again!"

"Great hotel, close to every spot in the Chicago Loop area. Friendly staff and welcoming. My room was nice and comfortable for a solo traveller, and I loved the refillable water station with complimentary water bottles if you dont have one."
