The Chicago Hotel Collection - Magnificent Mile

"The hotel was clean, with a nice ambience. Good location. The hotel room bathroom had a continuously leaking tub faucet. Housekeeping woke us up at 08:00 in the morning. Then came to our room again at 10:30. We were set to check out at 11:00, so I’m not sure why the unnecessary interruptions. There was not a do not disturb sign to hang on the door."

"The Congress Plaza Hotel was a great choice for location and price. The hotel itself is old. On the one hand, it is great because the lobby has high ceilings and detailed architecture. if it has gold elevators, etc. The rooms are small. However, I would definitely stay there again."
