“we ate there the night before we left. We ordered dessert online. The server made us show her our receipt for the dessert before bringing it to our table. When she finally brought our dessert she was very sour and didn’t even apologize. Seemed very rude.”

This was a great choice as the hotels location was ideal, being a few hundred yards from the start of the Llanberis path. The hotel itself was very clean, staff super friendly, and the room met our needs. Car parking wasn't a problem as the car park has ample space, and as previously mentioned, is a stone throw from the start of the path we would take to the summit. “Fantastic hotel. Great location and everything was great from us arriving to leaving. The staff were amazing and nothing was a problem whatever we asked for. We had dinner in the restaurant the food was exceptional. Everything including the spa was great. Would definitely return.”
