“Fantastic place with excellent service. The considerate service is fantastic - they are extremely helpful. The chalets themselves are great - clean, comfortable, great amenities. Shuttle serice operated by the hotel takes you anywhere and picks you up within 15 mins. They have a partnership with the ski shop on the slopes where you have a VIP separate room, lockers, and outstanding service. One word of advice - the pool (indoor plus outdoor) is heated, but it’s not jacuzzi-temperature. Overall...

“Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated ”

“호숫가에 있는 아름다운 숙소였습니다. 제공되는 칫솔이 없으니 따로 준비해야하고 겨울에는 좀 추웠어요. 리셉션은 작지만 직원이 친절했고 아침식사도 만족 했습니다. ”

“Par où commencer tout d’abord chambre très petite , concernant l’hygiène poile et cheveu dans la baignoire draps avec des poils, manque d’eau chaude et j’en passe.., heureusement le personnel a réagis et nous a changer de chambre, mais manque de chance télé non fonctionnelle.Concernant l’espace bien être, jacuzzi tiède/froid (ce n’est pas de la faute du personnel car soucis technique) mais qui aurais dû être précisé lors de l’appel pour la réservation, piscine assez froide donc tout les enfants...

“해당 호텔을 약 10개월전에 같이 여행간 친지네와 동시에 예약을 하였다. 10개월전에 예약을 했음에도 불구하고 나는 1층 출입구쪽 제일 끝방으로 조망 따위는 없고, 창문을 열면 사생활이 다 노출되어 3일간 창문과 커튼을 닫고 살았다. 친지네는 2층에 조망하나 없는 막혀있는 방이였다. 여행을 다니면 이렇게 조기에 예약한 이상 저런 방을 주는 곳이 잘 없다. 동양인에 대한 인종차별을 의심할 정도이다. 총 3일동안 객실을 바꿔달라고 계속 요청했지만, impossible이라는 대답만 들었다. 또한 건물이 오래되었는지 하수구 냄새가 심하며, 하루는 호텔 wifi가 고장나서 불편함을 겪었다. 아침 조식간에는 에그스크램블에서 철사가 나왔다. ”
