"The check in/out was seamless, the valet was attentive and quick, the coffee shop in house was amazing, all staff we dealt with were extremely pleasant, and the pool/hot tub were phenomenal! 10/10 stay, would come again!"

"Upon arrival there was no staff working the desk, they had a robot with a screen that connected to someone in Wisconsin. He tried to help but there are some things like getting checked into a room without a key-card that can't be done long distance. We waited for about 30 minutes until a receptionist showed up. No one should have to wait that long to get a room. We were not the only ones having to deal with the same issues. The only staff working there was a cleaning lady, and of course she could not help us get checked in. It was very frustrating."

"We really enjoyed our stay at 21cMuseum Hotel. The location couldn't be beat. We were able to walk to great bars and restaurants nearby. The valet parking was a very convenient feature. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The staff were all very kind and readily available. The gallery was just icing on the cake. I would 100% return to this hotel for future stays in Lexington."
