"Hot tub was the cherry on top during this excellent ski weekend stay. "

"We arrived and the smell of sewage was throughout the reception and 2nd floor Howies restaurant area. We had no locker for our skies as the lock was broken. They said they would fix it but never did during our three night stay. Hooks in our bathroom were hanging off the wall leaving exposed screws and drywall. The bathroom sink did not work, no drainage. Pulled the drain out and covered in bacteria and black mould. Staff at reception were very grumpy and short tempered with our requests."

"I loved this hotel. The only small wrinkle was coming back to spend the second night and not having our room refreshed by the cleaning services. Other than that it was wonderful."
