"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Was very quiet, even though the hotel was completely booked. The rooms were very dark with the wonderful window treatments they had andthe rooms are big! The bed was very comfortable and everything about the hotel was supreme."

"The staff were very helpful and considerate, the rooms were clean, parking was sufficient. I thought the bed was too hard. The thermostat did not work in our room which we did not know until our second night when we needed heat. The staff was willing to offer another room, but we decided we just needed a couple of more blankets and did fine. Nice place to stay and close to everything."

"I loved every single detail about this Graduate. A female valet parked my car, FTW. The front desk had a personal sign that told me about the human working there, the bartender shared clever life details. From the wallpaper, to the carpet and the heavy ticking striped curtains, the space felt light, witty and welcoming. Now - how do I get one of those "Pets in Room" pennants? Thank you Richmond - a most brief but delightful stay."

"Overall impression was an old bldg made newish Narrow halls, tiny elevators, street in front blocked off, no free guest parking and nice, helpful extremely weird looking staff at check- out Beds were comfortable and 2 flat screen tvs were a Plus Probably would not stay there again!"

"Great room! Very modern and had everything we needed, only thing was the ice machine on our floor was broken so we couldn’t use it and the bathroom could use small toiletries as soap for hand washing which there was none. Other than that it was a great comfortable stay and would definitely be back"
