"A lady at the front desk was rude the first day there, she told me it was going to be an hour and a half to be able to check me in and i had reservations. And i had to ask for the broom, toiletries we stayed for 4 days no one came to our room once every time we need towels we had to go get them. Breakfast was excellent everyday, property and room was excellent. "

We checked in a little before 10. The person at the front desk was very nice but they closed at 10 so there was nothing we could do. We tried to tough it out but it was too much. We ended up leaving.
