โThere were continental breakfast items and drinks available round the clock. The beds were comfortable. Very quiet relaxing atmosphere but I would suppose that would depend on the other types of guests staying there at the same time as well. Great communication with host and very helpful. Anything that was needed ie. towels, it was delivered promptly. Overall nice stay. Definitely will stay there again. Great location. โ
โThe staff was super friendly there!!!!!!! Made sure we felt welcome and made sure we had what we needed and go to our room okay! My daughter really enjoyed how nice they were to her too! Very good staff!!โ
โNeeds to be updated in some areas. Was safe and quiet. Only had one towel for 2 people but that wasnt a big thing for me. Needed a place to sleep and rest, that was a big thing for me. โ
โThe hotel was very clean. They provided full size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap for use. The breakfast was amazing and had a lot to offer. The pool was warm and fun and they have gym. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. โ
โGreat view of Lake Erie sunset. Room was clean and more spacious than I thought it would be; and bed was comfortable. Heated pool is great. Very refreshing day trip.
