"We enjoyed our stay my kids were very disappointed the pool was closed. The room was comfy but the temperature stayed a bit warm and did not smell fresh. Could have just been an air filter issue the room did have a ceiling fan which was nice and a little room spray and we were happy. The lady who checked us in was amazing our first set of keys didn’t work (may have been user error) but she got us some new keys and went with us to the room to make sure we got in ok. She was very nice and very helpful. Overall fantastic room and stay and a great price."

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston NW/Beltway 8 West Road by IHG

"The stay was really wonderful except for a few things. 1) The floor plate between the bathroom and the hallway was too high for my mom to get her wheelchair to roll over it by herself. It seems like this should not be a problem in a room specifically for handicapped customers. 2) The lounge chair and footstool was dirty or at least stained w/what looked like a cigarette hole burned into it. 3) Surprisingly, none of the premium channels (Netflix, Prime. etc.,) were offered. Other than this, the say was wonderful; free breakfast was great!"

"After booking a different hotel in Houston and finding it not so safe for our girls trip we were so relieved and happy to find the grand Tuscany hotel! This hotel is beautiful well maintained property . You are able to see the renovations are on going but the gorgeous interior of the lobby is un matched! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable with great places to eat too! We also had our service dog with us and they made sure that she was comfortable! The breakfast smoothies especially the mango one is jammed packed with fruit and delicious. We also loveeee the French toast with breakfast! We will definitely be staying here again!"
