"My first room was very dirty and uncomfortable But when I got my second one it was even better. The really need to do come cosmetic updates there should be no holes and the wall and the headboards ugghhhh But the staff was amazing and helped a lot "

"No amenities included as listed when i booked the hotel. They are going through a “re-branding” and nothing was available. Hardly any food out for breakfast and was out, looked old. Restaurant/bar was only open 1 night during our entire stay there. Spa closed. No AC on in the hotel- elevators and hallways ridiculously hot. Dead bug on floor in our bathroom. Horrible stay. Would like a refund and it was NOT as advertised! Would have much preferred to stay at the Travelodge next door! "
