"Hotel is very nice and clean. We had poor water pressure and only warm water for showers. There was no HOT water for showers and at one point I lost all water flow in the shower. Our toilet stopped up and I had to go downstairs twice to request maintenance before they came and fixed it. Keep in mind the two trips to request this were four hours apart. The lamp in our room did not work. I like the hotel but the water issue will keep me from returning along with staff not being responsive. At times the wait for valet parking was over 45 minutes for them to retrieve our vehicle."
