"This was our first time staying at a casino hotel so we were not sure what to expect but this booking met and exceeded our expectations! Staff were all so friendly, room was clean and had the biggest bathroom we’ve ever had in a hotel room! It was wonderful. There were only 2 things that could use some improvement: WiFi signal was a little spotty in our room and it was difficult to find close parking when returning to the property late at night. Regardless, we would definitely book again for our next trip!"

"Lobby was clean, free from clutter. Staff were very accommodating. Rooms were genuinely clean, complete with vacuum vacuuming. The perfect hotel for anybody over 6 feet tall. I did not have to take a shower on my knees. Bed was very comfortable. The only bad thing I have to say about this place is the parking lot in the rear, where all the trucks park, needs to be repaved. Outside of that, it was an excellent hotel."

"It wasn't too bad. We had to walk through some construction to get to our room. They were remodeling some rooms. Our carpet was soaking wet a couple of feet in front of the air conditioner unit. It still worked though."

"Friendly, helpful staff. Nice, clean, comfortable room and bed. The full-length mirror in the bathroom was weird though because you can see yourself on the toilet, and also it made me look short and fat."

"Everything was GREAT EXCEPT THE ELEVATORS. ALWAYS A LONG WAIT ABD WE WERE ON THE TOP CONCIERGE FLOOR. IT WAS VERY PAINFUL. We would not stay there again for this reason. Concierge offering and gentleman in charge 5-7 Pm was WONDERFUL!"
