“Maintenance issues were huge and rarely addressed. Breakfast was fair at best. I would never choose to stay there again.”

“The staff is great. They made my stay easy. Checking in took under two minutes, & I didn’t have to go through finding my reservation number ect. The deposit was only$60 which means a lot on a travel budget. I’d recommend this place over many others such as the Renaissance down the road, who has terrible staff with awful attitudes.”

“Never booking another hotel without looking at ratings before hand. Totally my fault. Gentleman that checked us in was good. Noticed immediately that there was 2 holes in the bathroom door. Shower handle falling off. We stayed 3 days and never got roome service (clean towels, more soap etc) I had to walk to the front to get more shower towels. Had trowel with door not locking and get more keys. Had to try several times. Then to top it off we got charged $20 because the towels we used had 2...
