"The room was excellent. The dining area of table and chairs were very dirty and uninviting. I would suggest that there always be someone at the front desk. Every clerk had to come from an office to serve. The hotel was very difficult to find and the area around the hotel was "slummy" and "industrial"."

"This hotel had some of the most amazing staff at the front desk I have ever dealt with. We had made a mistake with our check in and they were able to fix everything for us and work it all out. It was so nice of them and all of them were just so incredibly kind."
