"Ok! So I planned this whole trip for my girl and spent about 2k on it, for a rental car, room, the actual musical that we were going to, food all that stuff, I booked of course through Expedia and I was coming from VA. Nobody mentioned that there was a $250 dollar hold on the room in addition to the price of the room. I called to inquire about it and the hostess was the sweetest nicest gal possible. She was hella chill and only put a 60 dollar deposit on the room which was rad. The stay itself was fine, staff was attentive and nice. Front desk staff was phenomenal and the space itself was very clean. Highly recommend! "

"We were booked to arrive at 3pm. We were late, ended up there about 4:40. We had to wait for almost 30 minutes for our room as they were very short staffed and the room wasn't cleaned yet. The Lounge/eating area was very dirty. Food crumbs, water spills, etc... on ALL the tables. The room was nice once we got there. "

"A couple was screaming at 2:30 in the morning last night on the first floor for what had to be about 30 minutes. For all the common area cameras and being right around the corner from the front desk, they allowed it to go on. For what we paid, that should have been assessed and fast."

"Yes the toilet seat was broken and it was also not properly clean. The check in time wasn’t what was advertised. The only thing that was pleasant was the staff upon arrival."

"The whole hotel looks dingy and dilapidated. My entire floor smelled like weed. Staff is nice but rather vague and didn’t give great instructions for someone who had never been there before. I had to ask about the restaurant, the shuttle, etc. No information was volunteered. My room wasn’t very clean: chunks of grout had fallen out onto the floor, the room looked like it hadn’t be vacuumed, hairs that were not mine on the towels, etc. Also, there is no microwave in the room, and there is no safe. I expected better from a Marriott, and this does not encourage me to stay at another Marriott in the future."
