"After already being there for 3 days, my daughter arrived back at the hotel before me and waited in the lobby. They knew who she was, but the man at the counter kept trying to kick her off the property and even told her that I wasn't registered in their system as a guest! They never showed up to vacuum the room, even after I directly went to the front desk and requested it. They're supposed to have 24 hr coffee available, but no less than five times, it wasn't. Some staff were accommodating and just went to make more and some were rude and asked me "if I was sure that it was gone", "there was still decaf", "wow, you drink coffee late", and "I'll get to it in a minute" - meanwhile, 30 mins later.... The facilty as a whole was neat and clean. They let us stay in the hot tub for a good 30 mins after it was supposed to be closed. The rear elevator does not work, which was hard as I'd had recent surgery on my foot. The rooms are very plain and basic, it doesn't give you the higher end feeling of other Drury's I've stayed with, but it was clean and safe."
