"The hotel granted us an early check in which was greatly appreciated. We were given four bottles of water two vouchers for breakfast, two vouchers for a drink in the bar and a $10 food credit which we used for an appetizer with the drinks. Breakfast food was great and the fries we had in the bar were exceptionally delicious. All in all an A+. My only complaint was the music in the bar was too loud for having a conversation."

"We had a good stay overall! The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location was definitely a highlight—it was within walking distance of many restaurants, attractions, and other places we wanted to visit, which made getting around very convenient. The room and some of the hotel areas do look a little outdated, but everything was comfortable enough for our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would definitely consider coming back again!"

"Great hotel, close to every spot in the Chicago Loop area. Friendly staff and welcoming. My room was nice and comfortable for a solo traveller, and I loved the refillable water station with complimentary water bottles if you dont have one."
