"This property is so beautiful and made me feel so comfortable as a solo traveler. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, the staff checking in were so freindly and willing to help. The overall vibe of the hotel made it really fun to come back to and just hang out after being out all day. My bed was always made by the time I came back and cleaned which was so nice. There was lots to explore and I felt it was a perfect spot in downtown that made it easy to get to popular spots. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good time, and am so thankful to have stayed here."
"This was my second stay at the Paramount Hotel and I’d happily stay here again. Our room with two queen beds and a balcony was clean and comfortable and I loved being able to open the doors for fresh air. The hotel was clean and although housekeeping is only provided upon request, it wasn’t an issue during our two-night stay. The location was perfect—everything we wanted to do was within walking distance, including my daughter’s favorite bookstore, Tanaka for breakfast, and the mall. Valet parking was convenient and worth it since I wasn’t familiar with the area. Overall, a great stay!"
"Very good staff and clean room.
Location is good to walk to the pearl district, but if you are a solo female traveler, walking around this area might make you feel a little unsafe."
"Clean, modern, with a lovely bar/restaurant. A great option while visiting Portland. Chuck, at the bar/restaurant, gave great recommendations and offered excellent customer service!"
"One of my favorite properties to stay in downtown Portland. We love the sauna and steam room. The rooftop bar is incredible and the location is wonderful. Incredibly friendly staff everything from breakfast to dinner is always on point."
"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Benson Hotel. The hotel is located in a good location in downtown Portland. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The Staff at the front desk very helpful."
