The overall location is great. The parking is a disaster. The staff at the registration desk were nice and helpful. The individual in the small concessions shop was rude. I was purchasing waters and Gatorade for the drive back to Jacksonville and I wanted to pay in cash. I only had a 50$ bill, she put up such a fuss about not being able to break it, it would be my fault if she didn’t have change… her customer service was abhorrent, shouldn’t be in the industry. As someone in health care, I cater to individuals needs ALL DAY LONG, 5 minutes to break change and putting up such a childish hissy fit was ridiculous. I dropped the drink and said, forget it. It kinda put a sour end to our trip.

The staff at this hotel was great! My only issue with the hotel is the condition of the rooms. The cabinet door handle for the fridge kept breaking off with the slightest touch. The room had a weird smell to it and there wasn’t a in room microwave. Also, it was pretty hard getting the door to the room open due to the carpet.

The housekeeping staff only came once in my 5 night stay and that was because I called and complained. I had to repeatedly ask for towels and toilet paper. They never vacuumed so the floor was filfty. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were nice and accomdating my dinner and breakfast was compted for my inconvenience. Food was delicious, common areas clean and we'll kept but for me it's a no to ever staying there again.

Only one elevator was working throughout our stay. They had signs for other elevators but in order to see the sign you had to enter the restaurant. Not fun having to wait long for elevators. The place needs major updating, the pool was the saddest looking pool, the beige colors didn’t help, and please clean the wall art it was full of nasty stains. Room service is very limited and definitely not 24/7.

Hotel was nice. Restaurant was pricey and only open from 4-10. Walked to nearby restaurants in our price range. Shuttle service only runs from 4-6pm on weekdays. None on weekends. If you like posh little towns you can walk about a half mile for stores and restaurants. Was fine for short stay.

Convenient to KIA Center and other attractions. Stopped by at the Front Desk on Wednesday night after our event to get two towels. The young lady I spoke with said she would have Housekeeping bring some right up. Mind you, this was my last night of stay, and I had to get up super early to catch my flight.......we waited up until 1:30 a.m. and no towels were delivered. We had to use dirty towels to shower before catching our flight. Not optimum.

There was a black girl at the front desk when I was checking out by 6pm on Sunday she was very rude, she should not be at a front desk taking care of customers cause she doesn’t know how to talk to people, and even I was nice to her asking her for information about the parking she was being so mean and careless. That was a very bad moment.

The entire facility needs to be overhauled with renovations. The shower faucet was dangling off the wall, the frame surrounding the door handle to the bathroom door was cracked, and there appeared to be mold in the A/C vent. I did like the staff and felt that they were friendly.
