“Staff are unfriendly, unhelpful and mostly miserable.”

“WOW!!!! 10/10! Absolutely AMAZING!!! We booked a villa for our family of 5 and it was enough room to spread out so we could all have space. It was clean, and no detail was missed. The staff caters to their clients and communicaton was quick. I wish we would have had more time, as we were ony here 3 nights. I took the bus from the airport and the closest stop was about 7 minutes away from the hotel. Breakfast is delicious (eggs, cheese, bread, fruits, coffee) and the staff is attentive.”

“The A/C and drinks machine worked, as did the iron, and kettle. The balcony was useful, and the bed was comfortable. The gym was small, but all we needed, and breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Our laundry was cleaned and returned the following day. The WIFI worked, and there was free parking nearby. The hotel is off the beaten track and a short walk to amenities. The patio door was not soundproof and we heard chatter from the bar/restaurant below, plus, the incessant dogs barking every...
