"Everything was clean and tidy and we found it a very comfortable place to stay while at Dunedin. Location is great as it’s close to major shopping stores. Found the owners very friendly and had plenty of knowledge of the area and some helpful tips on places to see and areas to eat. Definitely stay at the Beach Lodge Motel again. Cheers for everything "

"Excellent hotel! We had a one bedroom suite and it was perfect. Lots of room. Liked the bathroom - great shower and nice to have a washer and dryer at our disposal in the room. Very comfortable bed. Great air conditioning too. The restaurant was the best hotel restaurant we’ve ever had. We ate 3 of 7 dinners there. Wonderful breakfast buffet too. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. They accommodated our request for a late check-out which was much appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again."

"The only downside to our stay was a slight problem with the room. This was acknowledged and apologised for and an offer of a 20% reduction if we revisited. Everything else was excellent and the accommodation package booked through Expedia was very good value , including Castle entrance,garden viewing and a fantastic breakfast. The staff were friendly, efficient and enthusiastic."
