โSecond time staying at The Robey. Awesome location, clean rooms and the best staff!! When my shirt got rust on it from the iron in my room, I was immediately compensated and cost of replacement shirt provided. Just a cool, comfortable place to stay. Great music playing in the lobby too. Highly recommend. โ
โGreat hotel and and sound proof ! Which is very important to me . What is ECO friendly? I wish Expedia would stop asking that ! I saw a few pets there . โThe hotel has been renovated recently, and the rooms are quite big, even including a well-equipped kitchen. Before being a Marriott, it was a Conrad hotel and it seems they have kept many features. It is also very well located!
The breakfast is excellent, and it changes everyday.
The only aspects I would mention are the cleaning service that 'forgot' to clean our room twice, even the green light was on out of the room (it is a very domotic room in all senses). And the air-conditioning seemed...
โThe building is 95 years old and that's OK. Smells "old" and that's OK. The location if you're there for the Cubs games it's ideal. The mini had a lot of good options. The Staff was great. Just a few feet from the L. I loved this Hotel.โ
