"The resort was definitely not clean, there was iguana poop everywhere, all over walkways, in the pools and lazy river. Lazy river was always full of debris like sticks and leaves. Staff there for the most part was good but there were a couple that definitely didn’t care to try help with much at all. The golf carts to take you around are a awesome idea considering it’s built into the side of a mountain but the golf carts where not easy to get ahold of or you would find them all at the top of the resort all hanging out chatting.
There was not much for food choices there, the pool bar and grill had easily the best food at the resort.
Trying to get to and from the airport was also a task as they didn’t really wanna help at the front desk unless you paid a heavy price for the ride.
Overall I definitely wouldn’t choose this resort to stay at again as it was very dirty and the food was not the best."
