"This was a very unique and private property. The entrance was unsuspecting but easy to find. Once you went up the elevator and entered the guest services desk we were warmly welcomed. The room was very clean and the bed and linens very comfortable. We could not hear any street noise and had a pretty city view. "

"The location was great and the owner was wonderful and so helpful with everything. It was a bit different than a normal hotel, but in a very charming way."

"Very helpful manager Giulia; she got our room ready early, help arrange transportation to the airport, provided restaurant recommendations etc. The location was fabulous, near the colosseum, the forum, and other notable landmarks. Also the best bed out of five hotels in Italy ie not rock hard, yay!"

"We’ve stayed here twice and both times the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff have been outstanding. It’s close enough to walk to so many places. I definitely would recommend staying here."
