"Room was clean air conditioner worked pool was clean opened in the morning service was nice but the breakfast choices could have been better something to go with the waffles maybe a fruit choice or some hard-boiled eggs would have been nice just waffles or cereal would be good for the kids snacks but most definitely lacking breakfast protein. The staff was friendly no other complaints we would totally stay there again but knowing the lack of choices we would prepare"

"OK, first the properties actually pretty beautiful and the pool is very huge and nice and well lit. The issue that I had was that I scheduled a king room suite with a pool view and a soaking tub upon arrival and check-in. I was told that my room was not available that there was a problem with the air conditioner. Then, later from another staff member, I found out that there was no problem from the air conditioner however they rented the room to somebody else after I reserved it so beware they put me in a room upstairs which was fine and had one queen bed in the shower. The AC unit barely worked. The refrigerator did not get cold and to top it off. They brought me a rollaway bed, which they promised that check-in however I did not get it until after midnight and I had just drove in all the way from Washington so not the greatest experience they offered to comp me the buffet, but there was no way I'd be waking up that early as I said, I just did an 18 Hour Dr. and the rollaway bed that I slept on I might as well have been sleeping on a gel bench because it is rock hard unless they'd be willing to comp me a king suite the one that I originally requested there's absolutely no way I would recommend anybody stay there"

"Kitchen closed 20 minutes before the actual closing time. Breakfast was not included as stated. Our tv had a crack in the middle. The staff was friendly and kind. Bought food and snacks elsewhere because the snacks there are over priced, for example a lean couisine was $14 and a bottle of chocolate milk $7."
