"While visiting Palm Springs, Palm Mountain Resort & Spa continues to be a rare find that’s hard to overlook. We’ve stayed here about four times over the past five years, and this was our first visit since the recent upgrade. The value is tough to beat compared to other nearby options, but what really stands out is the amount of space in the rooms and on the property. The rooms themselves feel open and comfortable. The pool area has plenty of room to spread out without feeling crowded. The overall property has a surprising amount of green space and landscaping, with walking paths and open areas that create a buffer between buildings. It’s centrally located, but never feels tight or packed in. There’s real separation between rooms, which makes a big difference. We’ve never had any noise issues here, and it consistently feels quiet and relaxed. One of the biggest draws for us is being right at the foot of the Cactus to Clouds Trail, which makes it perfect if you enjoy getting out early for a hike. Staff was attentive and helpful. Jane (and staff) made sure to check in with me regularly. The room service operated a bit differently as its more a la cart only changing sheets on request. Which was okay for us as we could request towells and amenities via text. Highly recommend for anyone planning a stay in Palm Springs. We keep coming back and plan to continue doing so. "

"The room was very spacious and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Communication was excellent through texting with the front desk. The pool was huge,clean,fun slides for the kids, good lifeguards. The splash bar and grill had excellent food and beverages, well staffed. The workout gym and basketball room was very nice. We had early check in and late check out. No problem. Nice large balcony and a god air conditioning unit! Everything was perfect and we will be back!! Loved the professionalism of the entire staff. Clean, great dress code, excellent communication and guest service. "

"This place was disgusting and not what the pictures look like at all. Our stay was terrible, and our room was awful. It had a horrible smell, there was hair on the towels, the rags were dirty with dead grass (?) or something on them. The towels were so rough and felt like actual sand paper. The toilet paper couldn’t have been more thin. We weren’t given any hand soap. Trash left on the ground in the bathroom. The door wouldn’t even close bc it was broken. There was a dead fly next to our bed on the ground. On top of that, the bed was one of the worst I’ve slept on and was literally broken on both sides to where you were sunk into the bed. We were woken up extremely early to construction on site. This place was awful. The spa rates were insanely expensive too. What we booked was NOT what we signed up for, and was not what was advertised in the slightest. We truly got robbed of our money from this place. "

"Beautiful property, very clean. Food at the restaurants were great. Large property which was very spread out. For my older mom, we figured out we could call have get a golf cart pick up to the main pool and restaurants. This wasn’t communicated at check in but we asked."
