“Todo muy bien, pero, hace falta presion de agua, dejan muy limitado el papel de baño, jabon y shampoo (hay que estar solicitandolo). El servicio de limpieza de cuarto solo es hasta las 11am, por lo que si uno sale despues ya mo lo hacen. Seris mucho mejor si tuviera tele y servicio de estacionamientos.”

“Tuvimos una grata estancia en el Hotel Casa de la Famiilia, las instalaciones están muy bien conservadas, linda decoración, es muy tranquilo y muy cerca de la plaza principal de San Cristobal. La habitación y baño muy limpios, agua caliente al instante y camas muy cómodas. Estacionamiento disponible. El staff es super amable y atento. Recomiendo ampliamente el hotel.”

“El lugar es bonito, sencillo, algunas difucultades como el lavabo que chorraaba agua. Solo te dejan un agua embotellada, un papel higiénico y no hay jabon de barra puro de bote... pero es comodo las camas son geniales. El personal en especia Victor es una gran concierge. Una chica de restaurant mmm deberia cambiar un poco su actitud de amabilidad. Pero les pondre un 9 deberán cambiar un poco el aspecto de las amenidades. El estacionamiento no existe. Pero el desayuno es de 10. Hermoso y si...

“Staff, rooms, basics were all v good to excellent. There is an issue however with how Expedia describes room options. We were able to say in our reservation that we wanted two doubles and a single bed in our triple room. When we arrived, they put us in a room with two single beds. Discussion revealed that a room with two doubles and a single was NOT POSSIBLE, and staff indicated they were not agreeing with Expedia’s descriptions that suggested these options. ”

“Una excelente estancia en casa rosa, el lugar es muy instagrameable, la cama muy cómoda y la habitación en general muy limpia. Los masajes y el jacuzzi son una súper experiencia relajante, los recomiendo ampliamente. No pudimos degustar en el restaurante porque estaba en remodelación, pero todo lo demás fue muy bueno.”

“The hotel is beautifully decorated with Mayan textiles and the room we stayed in had a fill size window facing the garden. The stuff were very very friendly and helpful. Although some of them did not speak excellent english and my spanish was terrible, they came up with answers to all our inquiries. Thank you especially to David! We enjoyed staying at the hotel Nd st. cris very much. ”
