โOur 3 night stay at the Palazzo Roma was wonderful. It started off with Oliver reaching out through WhatsApp the day before check in to see if we needed transfer from the airport.
We were warmly welcomed with a glass of prosecco and shown to our room promptly. One of the staff recommended restaurant options near the hotel and helped us make reservations.
The hotel itself was beautiful. Itโs in a building from the 17th century. Had a number of salons and rooms to relax in. A la carte...
โI'm not the kind of person who is always bothered to leave reviews. However, I wanted to leave a review because I was satisfied with this hotel. Good value for money. The staff are so friendly, it's a place I want to visit again.

โThe hotel is more of a guest house but with hotel service . Itโs tucked away in a small street nice and quiet . Itโs so central to everything in Rome, we didnโt need to use Taxis or trains at all. โMy wife and I stayed with the hotel for our trip to Rome on our honeymoon. Both the hotel itself and its staff were excellent. The concierge team were incredibly helpful through every step of our stay. From coordinating shuttle to and from the airport to suggesting and reserving dining options, it canโt be overstated how taken care of we felt during our stay. Weโll definitely be staying with the hotel again on our next trip to Rome.โ
