“This place took our money and we're not even open. Then refused to give us a refund when we arrived and found the place completely abandoned! No staff, no renters, no access to main area for food, no breakfast as advertised! Be very wary and don't stay there!! ”

“Was travelling on Blue Ridge Parkway and spent the day hiking in the Rock Castle Gorge. Floyd is closest town to the Gorge. Hotel Floyd is amazingly modern and clean hotel in a very small and charming hamlet of VA.”
