They went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay and support with delayed baggage and our very curious young son. Fatima Ezzarha, who had her hands full multi-tasking the entire time we were there, was so calm and helpful - she made us feel like we were the only and most important guests in the hotel. "The staff in this hotel are very polite. They have allowed us to check in very early as our plane landed at 7:40 am. Aisha came to pick us up from where the taxi dropped us. They have provided mint tea and cookies as we came in which was a sweet surprise. All in all it was a great experience as the Riad was walkable to the Souks and to the Medina. The room we stayed and the whole Riad were very picturesque of a true Moroccan culture."
