"I randomly booked a room in Elan as it was close to the event I was going. I am very pleased with the hotel and it’s now on my fave list for when I’m back in the area. It is less than 3 mins away from Beverly Center and walking distance (less than 10 mins) to about 10-15 restaurants. Very nice staff: front desk were super nice and helpful. Housekeeping staff are very nice and courteous. Room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. even though I was on 1st floor, didn’t have any noise issue. I’ll definitely book again."

"Short stay at Short Stories (2 nights). Great location across from the Farmers Market and the Grove. Nearby buses gave easy access to the museums and the tourist run near the Chinese Theatre. Hotel courtyard is very charming and atmospheric."

"This place is pretty run down. It does not look like the pictures. The check in is behind bulletproof glass, I’m assuming it used to be a bank teller station. The rooms are weird and old with no charm and the parking was $50 for self parking!"

"My stay at the Palihotel was short, but such a positive one. Everything from the cozy comfortable bed to the spotless rooms made it easy to relax right away. The location was perfect, the snacks selection was a great touch, and having secure parking made things stress-free. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. But what really stood out was how genuinely friendly and welcoming the staff were. I'd definitely love to come back when I visit Los Angeles again."
