“It was a great stay. Property has both shared rooms and private ones. I had a private one with private bathroom. It was simple but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and the owner offers transport for a minimum fee. Will definitely stay again. ”

“We stayed on 4th floor for one night ahead of a flight. Good room, soundproofed, spacious enough, good bathroom. I used the small gym which was adequate. We had the buffet breakfast, which was fine. We ate out for dinner at restaurant in the park where hotel is located. 5 car rental companies are opposite hotel, v useful if you are renting. We used the airport transfer which runs every 15 mins - v good.”

The bungalows look into the forest and dining pavilion were new, modern, and well equipped. Cindy is also the chef, and serves and excellent breakfast and dinner. She also arranged activities for us, which was fabulous. The beds were comfortable and large, with an outside deck. The location is remote (which is the point of booking - for that tree canopy experience) and windy drive, so...

“Wonderful lodge! Liked it so much we rearranged our itinerary to come back for another night. Super quiet & scenic. Really enjoyed the pool, deck, restaurant, and seeing birds, monkeys and iguanas. Arrived too late for pizza the first night, but stayed to have it for lunch and it truly was delicious. However, learned later that Costa Rica’s ban on feeding wildlife extends to private property and bird feeders, so it would better not to feed the birds at all, or at least farther from the deck so...

“Grds. tolle Unterkunft. Das "Iglu" war echt toll. Leider reicht der Vorrat an Warmwasser nicht und die Badewanne auf einmal zu füllen. Eher auf dreimal. Die Mitarbeiter waren OK, aber jetzt nicht hoch bemüht. Die Lage zum Poas Vulkan geht nicht besser”

“We didn't have time for the breakfast, but the front desk staff was not at all helpful when we asked for a shuttle to the airport late in the evening so we could return our rental car. There was a giant cockroach in the bathroom, the vanity was falling apart, and there was mold/ dirt on the bathroom ceiling. ”

“공항 근처에서 묵기위해 선택함. 바로 옆 코트야드보다 더 깨끗해 보임. 방은 크지 않으나 지내는데 불편함 없었고 베개가 덕다운같은데 편함. 단점은 샤워부스 문을 아무리 잘 닫아도 물이 새서 바닥에 고이고 샤워물살 약함. 조식은 간단하지만 오믈렛 만들어줌. 방에 공짜 생수 없으나 체크인 때 옆 냉장고에서 무상으로 하나 고르게 해줌. 월마트 매우 가깝고 호텔 앞에 무난한 식당도 두세개 있음”

“We stayed at the Berlin on our way back to Canada. Spotless room. Really lovely, helpful staff. She booked us an airport taxi for very early the next morning. They were up when we were leaving at 5 am and gave us coffee and a take-out breakfast. We will stay there on our next visit.”
