“Unfortunately we only were there overnight, but everything was great. It was extremely clean and the staff were friendly. ”

Excellent coffee to start the day. The only stain was the wait for staff member to occupy both toasters while making breakfast for other 4 members of the staff and me as a guest had to wait while she was putting around. Very unprofessional if you ask me. Especially if you are trying to have a breakfast and get on the road....

“The parking, air conditioning were fine the room was clean. The room needs to be completely updated. The room was dreary furnishings old. Needs a makeover. It was ok for one night stay. Wouldn’t stay any longer than that. ”

“A unique accommodation. We were in a 3 room suite with a King and Queen and 3 bathrooms. A kitchenette with a drip coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. Vintage but cozy furniture. The suite was very clean. You have to climb a number of stairs to get to the suite (1301). An enjoyable overnight stay before boarding the Amtrak Autotrain.”

Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”

Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. ”

“Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun.”
