“Excellent "get away from it all" vibe on this little mountain resort. The drive and area is wooded and beautiful. The staff is AMAZING! Helpful, friendly, warm and welcoming. “The Shaker Mill Inn is located in West Stockbridge so it is away from the dense tourist traffic in Stockbridge, but is located with easy access to Tanglewood, Stockbridge, Norman Rockwell Museum, and I90 and the rural Berkshires. “The motel is a little dated, as was our room. The room and bathroom were clean, and although it was a non-smoking room it definitely smelled of cigarettes.”
